Booking & Payment

Online

• Please complete the booking form and send it to us, together with your placement test
• We will then send you an acknowledgement, together with a request for payment.
• We are only able to guarantee you a place in the course when we have received the payment of your tuition fees. If we do not receive payment by the given deadline, we regret that your booking will be cancelled.

In Person

You can book your course and complete the assessment test at our office in Vienna. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm (4 pm on Fridays). Immediate payment guarantees your place on the course. If we do not receive payment by the given deadline, we regret that your booking will be cancelled.

How to Pay

• In cash, at our office
• By bank transfer – all transfer fees are the applicant's responsibility – payable to “Internationales Kulturinstitut (IKI)”.

Refunds
You may cancel your course booking up to a week before the course starts. The tuition fees will be refunded, minus bank charges and 30 Euros to cover administration costs.

Insurance
You should ensure that you take out appropriate insurance to cover you during your stay in Vienna. IKI cannot accept liability for losses of any kind.
