| | We will send you an acknowledgement, together with a request for payment. |
| | We can only guarantee you a place on the course following payment of the tuition fees. If we do not receive payment by the given deadline, we regret that your booking will be cancelled. |
In person

You can book your course and complete the assessment test at our office in Vienna. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (2 pm on Fridays). Immediate payment guarantees your place on the course. If we do not receive payment by the given deadline, we regret that your booking will be cancelled. |

Refunds
You can cancel your course booking up to a week before the course starts. The tuition fees will be refunded, minus bank charges and 30 Euro to cover administration costs.
Insurance
You should make sure that you take out appropriate insurance to cover your stay in Vienna. IKI cannot accept liability for losses of any kind.
